A special thank you to all the veterans who attended our program yesterday, and to Mr. James Ische who spoke on a number of veteran's behalfs. Central Public Schools is very honored to be able to salute these men and women. The band, choir, and elementary students sounded great, and Kiah Kayser and Brian Dvorak did a wonderful job speaking about girls and boys state.
Special thanks to Taher Food Service for serving a wonderful lunch to all the veterans and current military service members and their families. I know, in speaking with the folks during lunch, that this gesture was very well appreciated.
