District 108 is having an H1N1 influenza clinic on December 15th for the Elementary students in the elementary gymnasium and on Dec. 16th for high school, middle school, and preschool students in the ms/hs gymnasium. Both clinics will run from 8-11 AM. Your child should have brought forms home Tuesday, December 8th for you to read, regarding the vaccine and a consent form for you to sign if you choose to particapate. Please send the signed consent with your child by Thursday, December 10 if you choose to vaccinate. Additionally, the information and consent form can be found on Central's School website at http://www.central.k12.mn.us/; Remind your child to wear a short sleeve shirt if an injection is necessary.
